Freya Williams Self-Promotion - Postcard Development

Having decided how the business cards were going to look we moved onto the postcards. The patterns Freya sent me to put on them are shown below.

Freya wants the postcards to be printed at 4"x6", so the first thing I needed to do was resize and crop them all and add Freya's logo to them. I found that the bottom left corner disrupted the patterns less than anywhere else.

I then provided a few variations of them with borders to see if Freya preferred a border or not. I prefer it with a fairly thick white border as it has a sense of balance with border round the logo.

The back side didn't change much, only the font from Helvetica to Quicksand for continuity with the business cards, although I also suggested not having a border around it if she was to take my advice and pick the front with a white border around the edge.

I sent these to Freya to print off to see what she thought of them.
