Freya Williams Self-Promotion - Postcards, CV and Cover Letter Development

Freya decided she liked the white borders around the postcards, and is going to provide me names for all of the designs on the postcards as well as a description for them to go on the back, which she decided to go without the border like I suggested.

From this point I suggested that her CV and Cover Letter be the same size as the postcards to help continuity. Freya agreed that this would be a good idea so sent me both her CV and Cover Letter to re-organise and type onto 6"x8" rather than A4. Below are before and afters.

I wanted to make the text smaller to have a little more space, but Freya insisted that it was important that the text was as big as possible to make it as easy to read as possible, which makes sense.

After Freya was happy with these I gave the postcards the same size border as the CV and Cover Letter, as well as changing the size of the text on the back to be the same size as the two documents. They ended up looking like this, which Freya and I are both pleased with.

The backs will look like below, with the back of each postcard having the name of the design on it supplemented with some background information on each design. Freya will provide me with this text at a later date. We wanted to make the back of the postcards quite understated so I chose to use the black and white logo rather than the colour and only used a small area for text to keep them fairly plain.

Making these changes to the CV and Cover Letter will allow us to keep the folder at regular A5 size rather than the slightly awkward oversize we were using originally.
